Sustainable Energy Economic and Scientific Development
Energy plays a central role in sustainable development and energy security for the future. In Vietnam, the sustainable development of energy not only aims to ensure supply security, but also contributes to protecting the environment, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and achieving the national target of net-zero emissions by 2050.
This requires close coordination between science, technology, policy, and investment. Scientific and technological research will help improve the efficiency of energy production and usage, as well as develop smart energy management systems. At the same time, economic policies and mechanisms need to encourage private sector investment in renewable energy, clean technologies, and grid infrastructure. Sustainable energy development will form the foundation for a green economy and improve national competitiveness in the global context.
